What to Expect when you visit Rural Retreat Baptist …
RRBC is a place where lots of different people feel comfortable and appreciated. Our common commitment is around the truth of the Bible and living lives that honor God and make our world a better place. Those who call RRBC home are friendly, welcoming, and happy to serve.
Our Sunday morning worship offers a more traditional feel. You’ll see people in their “Sunday” clothes and others who may be more casual and laid back. The music tends to be more traditional, sometimes with our choir and special music there are different instruments and soundtracks played to enhance our song service.
We see Sunday’s as the key point of the week where we worship Jesus, grow in our faith through teaching and preaching, and strengthen one another through love and service.
When visiting RRBC you will be welcomed by friendly and inviting folks who love to Worship and are excited about what God is doing in our midst. We invite you to come as you are and experience the presence of the Lord.
Our Services
Sunday School @ 10am
Sunday School begins at 10am with Bible Classes for all ages. Kind folks will be ready and glad to point you in the direction of the class that you are interested in attending. Our Bible Classes are both interactive and challenging, we teach straight from the Holy Scriptures and we have seen tremendous growth in those who have joined in the weekly studies!
Sunday Morning Worship @ 11am
Sunday Morning Worship is a fantastic experience for the believer who loves the Lord Jesus! Our choir opens worship with uplifting and encouraging songs that truly stir the soul toward worship. Special singing is found in each of our services as the members of RRBC love to exalt the Savior! Pastor Jacob brings challenging, heart felt and timely messages from the Word of God. Regardless if you have been in church all of your life or if you are checking church out for the first time you will find that our Pastor’s message will reach and minister to you right where you are in your walk of faith!
Sunday Evening Worship @ 6am
Sunday Evening Services are centered on the preaching of the Word of God to strengthen the church family of Rural Retreat Baptist. Our evening Service begins at 6pm and is a time of heart felt worship, fun fellowship, and strong edification for the spirit.
